Scheduling deposit
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment to request a refund of the $149 scheduling deposit. Late cancellations and missed appointments may forfeit the deposit because time was reserved.
Work already performed
Authorized diagnostic time, inspection, planning, sourcing, towing, shipping, administrative costs, and completed labor are non-refundable once performed.
Parts and materials
Special-order, painted, installed, electrical, programmed, opened, or non-returnable parts and materials are non-refundable. Any available supplier credit may be reduced by shipping, restocking, or processing charges.
Approved refunds
Approved card refunds are returned through Square to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies and is outside our control.
Disputes
Contact us promptly so we can review concerns, records, authorization, and the completed work. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
