Service fit and inspection
A submitted request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline work based on location, vehicle condition, capacity, safety, parts availability, or project fit. Accurate recommendations may require paid diagnostic or inspection time.
Estimates and authorization
Estimates are based on available information and may change after disassembly, testing, or discovery of hidden conditions. We seek authorization before materially expanding approved work.
Deposits and payment
The online $149 deposit reserves scheduling and planning time and is applied to the final authorized invoice. Additional deposits may be required for special-order parts or project work. Balances are due as stated on the invoice.
Parts and finish
Parts options, availability, warranties, and lead times vary. Paint and cosmetic outcomes depend on existing damage, fading, prior repairs, materials, and agreed scope.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, disclose known modifications or hazards, remove valuables, supply wheel-lock keys, maintain insurance, and arrange timely pickup. Storage charges may apply after notice.
Warranty and limitations
Any workmanship or parts warranty is stated on the final invoice and excludes misuse, unrelated failure, racing, abuse, customer-supplied part defects, and unauthorized modification. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
